Research Program

Three Streams

ACCELL’s program of research is focused on three streams:

  1. Employability: Theory and Pedagogy. A major project within this stream is the construction of the Australian Graduate Employability Scale (A-GRADES).The first A-GRADES questionnaire is now live and awaiting student and graduate participants;
  2. Vital Infrastructure Work/ers in Regional Contexts (WIWRC).  A major project within this stream is the Vocational Psychology of Agriculture—Farming Food & Fibre (VPA-FFF); and,
  3. Narrative identity. A major project in this stream is focused on narrative approaches to career counselling, assessment, and learning.
