Grant success: Australian Graduate Employability Scale (A-GRADES)
ACCELL is constructing the Australian Graduate Employability Scale (A-GRADES). We are grateful for Graduate Careers Australia funding the project as part of GCA’s Graduate Research Program.
The A-GRADES is as an omnibus measure of the multidimensional construct employability specific to the Australian higher education context. A-GRADES can be used by students, university personnel (e.g., career practitioners, work-integrated learning specialists), and researchers.
Round 2 data collection for the purposes of validation of the A-GRADES measure has been completed. Analysis is underway and the final measure will be launched shortly. Stay tuned!
